Who Should Apply?
Candidates who have significant experience in management consulting (or other similar professional services industries), with substantial leadership experience and a proven track record in acquiring and managing engagements with C-Suite executives.

Client Leadership
You will oversee the relationships with the clients we serve, providing thoughtful and pragmatic leadership. You will dive deeply into the strategic and organizational issues at hand and often identify additional ways to help clients achieve their business goals over the longer term.
Firm Leadership
Partners are at the core of the firm’s vectors of growth. They formulate durable approaches and solutions to business issues. They also play an active role in the leadership of the firm through involvement in initiatives such as recruiting, evaluation, and training.
CONSULTANTS FOR STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ADVISORY SERVICES
What you will do:
Candidates will interface with senior managers at various clients to gather and communicate business requirements. The candidate will develop strategy and process solutions to business problems, translating those solutions to other consultants and clients and see those solutions through the delivery process.
What you will bring:
Substantial experience in a business development environment. Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. The ability to document process flows of current and proposed business functionality. Investigates and analyses problems, including impact analysis of change on all systems and business areas in order to recommend appropriate solutions. Gain in-depth knowledge of all offerings of the firm.

ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS
Who Should Apply?
Candidates who have significant experience in management consulting (or other similar professional services industries), with substantial project management and people management experience.
Role Description
Combining business knowledge, project management capabilities, and a focus on people, engagement managers play a pivotal role in helping companies address their critical business challenges.
Project Leadership
Engagement managers are involved in diagnosing client challenges, managing teams, and leveraging the knowledge of colleagues to generate solutions.
Firm Leadership
Engagement managers will help to invent and apply the firm’s distinct approaches to business issues. They play leadership roles through involvement in thought leadership initiatives.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS
What you will do:
Primary Responsibilities: Building business within targeted clients and prospects. Exploiting new and existing client acquisition opportunities and managing existing client relationships. Adding value to the client relationship through delivery of consulting services
Secondary Responsibilities:
Contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the business. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all colleagues and clients. Promoting the company image/profile through public speaking/networking/writing. Contributing to a positive, mutually supportive, team-oriented work environment.
What you will bring:
10+ years progressive business experience. 5+ years experience selling services to senior business leaders. Some experience in one or more of the following:
Technology, Risk Management, Performance Improvement, Marketing, Strategy, Governance and Process Improvement. Proven ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels. Prior line management experience an advantage. Advanced educational/qualifications. Willingness to work in small dynamic teams.
